On March 20, 2006, we received permission for shows to be hosted at the Archive, with the following limitations:
Subject: [etree] Animus taping & sharing policy
Hello. I am Bill Koutsouros of the band ANIMUS. Timothy Brown
recorded one of our recent performances and informed me of your
archive and file sharing site and has asked my permission to submit
the recording to your site. For future reference I will state our
taping and sharing policy...
ANIMUS may be taped at any of our performances and posted to free
archive and file sharing sites so long as the following conditions
are met:
1) The venue doesn't object to taping
2) The individual/taper has introduced themselves to the ANIMUS band
leader, Bill Koutsouros and informed him that the recording will take
place.
3) The individual/taper agrees to furnish Bill Koutsouros with a
complete copy of all recorded material from the show prior to any
posting or sharing.
4) The individual/taper agrees that the recording will be properly
and accurately sited which will include the URL link to the official
ANIMUS web site (http://www.animusmusic.com) so that ANIMUS gets due
credit for their musical works.
5) The recorded material may be posted to free archive and share
sites but may not be sold in any form or used for any public
performance without further consent from Bill Koutsouros / ANIMUS.
Furthermore, no portion of the recorded material may be sampled or
manipulated.
